Ras Soma is Travco Properties' Red Sea destination, launched in 2022 and planned with the architects WATG. Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma and Jaz Ras Soma already run on its 1.3 km sandy beach, alongside The Village's shops and restaurants, a marina, a beach club and a kitesurfing and diving centre. The Condos is a walkable neighbourhood one minute from The Village, five from the beach and six from the marina. Marina Gate is the next phase, at the entrance to the marina.
