Do I pay RytFit a commission?
For units bought directly from a developer, our fee is agreed with the developer and you pay the developer's official price. For resale units, your advisor explains any fees before you commit.
Can you help me buy from abroad?
Yes. We run video walkthroughs, send documents on WhatsApp and email, and explain how payments and signatures work with each developer.
What is an EOI?
An expression of interest is a payment that holds your place in the queue before a developer releases units. Terms differ by developer, and we explain them before you pay.
